Sponsorship is one of the most important parts of running a successful AFL club in Sydney, as it costs approximately $1100 per year for each player that takes the field, to cover costs such as ground hire, medical support, equipment, umpiring fees and AFL fees. Our on field success is due directly to the support we receive from our loyal sponsors and members.
Often the cost of registration fees for players can be a barrier from them joining the club, and getting involved with a great supportive sporting club that provides both a Physical and Mentally healthy environment for everyone involved. The club also provides a fully family inclusive atmosphere where parents and their kids can share a common interest, so your sponsorship can help make this a realistic option for families that simply wouldn’t be able to afford to be involved.
Pennant Hills AFL Club Sponsorship can give your organisation the opportunity to be involved with a community based football club whilst also providing exposure for your business. With 10 teams competing in the Sydney AFL, Pennant Hills is one of the largest football clubs in Australia, and will provide you with access to a large network of possible customers stretching from the Hills District to Newcastle and the Central Coast, Campbelltown and the Northern Beaches.

SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES
The sponsorship packages have been designed to enable our major sponsors to partner with the club and committee in reaching out through the community to enhance your brand image and exposure.
MAJOR SPONSOR – Tier 1
The heart of the club our tier 1 sponsors allow us to provide our programs, support our community and enhance our success, both on and off the field.
As the major partner, you will be offered:
- Your Logo on the front chest of our Premier Men’s or Women’s playing jumpers.
- Logo on player training tops
- A signed jumper for your boardroom.
- Significant acknowledgement with a season 2024 media marketing campaign and promotion
- Logo and promotion of your product and services through all digital media channels.
- A Frame signage at home games and the opportunity to conduct promotions.
- Recognition and company logo in seasons weekly newsletter

As A Tier 2 sponsor, you will be offered:
- Significant acknowledgement with a season 2024 media marketing campaign and promotion
- Logo on player training tops.
- Logo and promotion of your product and services through all digital media channels.
- A Frame signage at home games and the opportunity to conduct promotions.
- Recognition and promotion in seasons weekly newsletter
- Kayo broadcast company announcements during breaks in play
- Opportunity to provide sample bags/goods for attendees.
- Audio visual advertising on screens in club rooms and on electronic scoreboard
- Invitation to the annual sponsors round luncheon
Financial contribution: $12,000.00+ GST
TIER 3 SPONSORSHIP
As A Tier 3 sponsor, you will be offered:
- Logo on all digital media channels.
- Logo and promotion in seasons weekly newsletter
- Audio visual advertising on screens in club rooms and on electronic scoreboard
- Invitation to annual sponsors round luncheon.
- Promotional benefits as outlined below under general sponsorship.
Financial contribution: $8000.00 + GST
SPONSORSHIP OPTIONS
If a Tier level sponsorship package is outside of your budget, we have a variety of reduced cost options to suit any budget.
BEST ON GROUND SPONSOR – PREMIER MEN
To encourage and reward the types of on field behaviour that brings success we provide a cash prize to the following premier men players at the conclusion each of their 18 home and away games:
- Best on Ground = $100
- Best Mid Fielder = $ 50.00
- Best Forward = $50.00
- Best Back = $50.00
- Coaches Award = $50.00
Financial contribution: $5400.00 + GST
BEST ON GROUND SPONSOR – PREMIER WOMEN
To encourage and reward the types of on field behavior that brings success we provide a cash prize to the following premier women players at the conclusion each of their 18 home and away games:

PLAYER SPONSOR
If your organisation has connection to a Pennant Hills player, then you could provide sponsorship of the individual. This sponsorship will:
- Cover the players registration fees for the season.
- Provide the player with a club polo top for wearing on attendance to grounds.
- Promote your organisation with the achievements of the player throughout season 2024 on club social media channels.
Financial contribution: $1000.00 + GST
IN KIND SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Following is an outline of some of the in-kind sponsorship opportunities that will assist the club provide its services to its members:
- Provision of ground equipment such as interchange shelters, crowd barricades, goal pads, etc.
- Provision of physiotherapy tape and materials.
- Provision of playing and/or training apparel.
- Provision of training equipment such as footballs, bibs, water bottles, cones etc.
- Provision of food for the game day canteen.
- Provision of drinks for the game day bar.
- Provision of gifts or meal vouchers for game day award winners and /or club events.
