Welcome to the Pennant Hills Demons Australian Football Club Inc. (“the Club”) online shop. By accessing and using our online shop, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of the Club’s online shop, including all orders placed for products and services.
1.2 By using the online shop, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the shop.
1.3 The Club reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the online shop constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Orders and Payments
2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by the Club. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability, inaccuracies in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
2.2 Prices for products and services are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. Shipping and handling fees are calculated at checkout and added to the total order amount.
2.3 Payment must be made at the time of placing an order. We accept payment through credit/debit cards only.
2.4 You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order but is an acknowledgment of receipt.
3. Shipping and Delivery
3.1 We aim to process and dispatch orders within 14 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and shipping method selected.
3.2 Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the size and weight of the order. You will be notified of the shipping cost at checkout.
3.3 The Club is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
3.4 Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
4. Returns and Exchanges
4.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
4.2 To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at merch@phafl.com.au with your order details and reason for return.
4.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4.4 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 21 business days of receiving the returned item.
5. Product Descriptions and Availability
5.1 We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images on our online shop. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
5.2 Product availability is subject to change without notice. We cannot guarantee that all items will be in stock at the time of your order.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the online shop or purchase of products and services.
6.2 Our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the online shop or purchase of products and services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product or service in question.

8.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
