Registration & Fees for Pennant Hills Senior AFL Club
Welcome to the 2027 Season.
Registrations will open shortly for the 2027 Sydney Football League & AFL Sydney Seasons.

Existing or Returning Players
This registration category is for players whose most recent club registration was for the Pennant Hills Demons Senior AFL Club (even if it was prior to the previous season). Register using the same email address that you used to register previously. This will allow you to claim your current profile when prompted to, and then progress through the rest of the registration process.

Transfers From Another Club
This registration category is for players from a Senior or Junior AFL Club looking to transfer to the Pennant Hills Demons. The transfer period opens on Sunday 1st of November until Monday 30th November, before opening again on Monday 1st February 2027.
Once the player transfer window opens, please complete the PLAYER TRANSFER REQUEST FORM or complete the transfer process through your existing Play HQ account.
Registration Fees for the 2027 Season
Men’s U19.5 & Women’s U20 Fees
Eligible players for Men’s U19.5 Sydney Football League and Sydney AFL & Women’s U20s should register in this category, even if you play in Open-Age teams.
Payment of fees is to be made at the time of registration via the Play HQ system – you are unable to register without making payment at the same time.
Early Bird Registration Fee: $310.00 (Closes 31st January 2027)
Pay Before Deadline: $330.00 (Closes 28th February 2027)
Standard Registration Fee: $350.00 (Applicable 1st March 2027 onwards)
Men’s & Women’s Open Age Fees
Eligible players for the Sydney Football League (Men’s Premier Division and Women’s Premier Division) and Sydney AFL (All other Open-Age teams) should register in this category.
Payment of fees is to be made at the time of registration via the Play HQ system – you are unable to register without making payment at the same time.
Early Bird Registration Fee: $520.00 (Closes 31st January 2027)
Pay Before Deadline: $550.00 (Closes 28th February 2027)
Standard Registration Fee: $600.00 (Applicable 1st March 2027 onwards)
Masters Players & Player Life Members
Payment of fees is to be made at the time of registration via the Play HQ system – you are unable to register without making payment at the same time.
Early Bird Registration Fee: $260.00 (Closes 31st January 2027)
Pay Before Deadline: $275.00 (Closes 28th February 2027)
Standard Registration Fee: $300.00 (Applicable 1st March 2027 onwards)
Junior Club Aged Players
If you are a Junior Club aged player (based on your birthdate), and you plan on playing as a ‘Sydney AFL Permit Player’, then no fees are required to be paid to the Senior Club. However, you must be registered with a Junior Club (AFL Sydney requirement) and you will need to pay your Junior Club fees in full before commencing playing with the Senior Club. Active Kids Vouchers
School age players will be entitled to Service NSW’s Active Kids vouchers, which can contribute to the cost of registration fees. Parents should apply for these vouchers via the Service NSW App, or by following the link HERE. The Play HQ registration system will accept Active Kids Vouchers in the final section of the process. Enter your Active Kids Voucher number in the relevant area before proceeding to the final payment.
