A Destination to Develop Your Game

We’re one of only a few Sydney AFL clubs that feeds players directly into the Sydney Swans and Greater Western Sydney Giants Academy Programs. We also provide our own development program for players.

Develop Your Coaching Skills

At Penno, we focus on the development of all our coaching staff to be the best coaches in Sydney AFL. With regular development sessions with experienced AFL coaches, coaches get the best development opportunities at the club.
